RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.41, dated 15.04.2021, under Sections 363, 366, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar, Gurdaspur, qua the petitioner on the basis of compromise.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.Rakeshinder Singh Sidhu, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State and submits, on instructions from S.I.Naresh Kumar, that the matter is under investigation and till date, no challan has been filed.

In view of the above, after arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail his remedies before the trial Court. Allowed as prayed for.
