(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR No.39 dated 06.05.2023 registered at Bhargo Camp, District Jalandhar, under Sections 323,325, 34 of the Indian Penal Code,1860 On the basis of compromise, the parties were directed to record their statements in support of compromise by this Court on 19.09.2023. Learned State counsel has produced the copy of the judgment dated 22.09.2023 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jalandhar, in which both the petitioners have been discharged. As such, present petition has become infructuous.
