He further contends that the petitioner has sent a legal notice (Annexure P11) to the respondents in this regard. He also contends that he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexures P-11) in accordance with law. Issue notice to respondents.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Navedeep Chhabra, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the legal notice (Annexures P-11) in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
