NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) The alleged detenue, Pooja, aged 22 years, wife of Vijender (petitioner) and daughter of Satbir Singh (respondent No. 5), resident of village Jaipur Gadri, Tehsil Safidon, District Jind, is present in the Court and submits that she is doing her M.Sc. in Mathematics and she had solemnized the marriage with the petitioner with her free will and consent.
