# Learned State counsel has placed on record report dated 28.04.2015 sent by the Superintendent, District Jail, Gurgaon based on the verification report made by SI Mahesh Kumar from Police Station SB Dairy, Delhi corroborating the factum of marriage of Ashok son of Satbir which is to be solemnized on 30.04.2015 at Mohan Garden, Nawada Village, Uttam Nagar, Delhi and that the prospective bridegroom is real brother of the undertrial/petitioner Ajay. Heard.

 Keeping in view the admitted stand of the State as to the inter9se relationship of the petitioner with the person who is to be married and that being real brother his presence at the time of marriage is very essential as per the rituals and customs and in view of the timings of the marriage detailed in the invitation card (Annexure P1) at 8.00 p.m. on 30.04.2015 and in the interest of justice, directions are issued that the petitioner shall be released on interim bail at 12.00 noon on 30.04.2015 and he would report back at 10.00 a.m. on 01.05.2015 at the District Jail, Gurgaon where he is presently lodged, however, the same shall be subject to two sureties each of 10.00 lacs to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Bahadurgarh/Jhajjar (Haryana).

The petition stands disposed off accordingly. A copy of this order, under the signatures of Bench Secretary of this Court, be handed over to the petitioner's counsel. "
