*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned notice dated 16.03.2022 (Annexure P-2) whereby the illegal and arbitrary notice was issued under Section 195-D of the Punjab Municipality Act, by respondent No.3 being wrong, false illegal ad arbitrary. Further prayer has been made for directing respondent No.2 to consider/decide the representation dated 06.07.2022 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner for cancellation and dropping the proceedings of notice (Annexure P-2). The case has been called twice however none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
