The application sent by applicant-Pawan Kumar to this Court has been taken on judicial side.

As per the application, it has been stated that Boria Lal father of the petitioner has been illegally detained by the Police of Police Station City Narwana, Jind without any case/FIR etc.

Notice of motion has been issued in this case. Mr. Vikas Chopra, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this criminal writ petition.

Cr. W.P. No.1153 of 2016 [2] The learned State counsel has filed reply on behalf of respondent-State, in which it has been stated that the petitioner has concealed the material facts. In fact on 8.8.2016, the petitioner's real brother Subhash along with Ram Kala and Kanta wife of Ram Kala entered in Chamber No.1 of Mr. Neeraj, Advocate, Narwana, and gave severe beatings to him. Regarding this occurrence, FIR No.186 dated 8.8.2016 has been registered for the offences under Sections 323, 452, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station City, Narwana against Subhash and others and after registration of the said case, Subhash and other co-accused ran away along with their families from their houses and the Police went to the house of Boria Lal-father of the petitioner to know whereabouts of his son Subhash only. Boria Lal-father of the petitioner was never detained by the Police for any purpose as he was not wanted by the Police. Keeping in view the above reply, no further action is required in this petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. October 22, 2016.
