**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is a juvenile who is in custody since 6.2.2017. The allegation against the petitioner is that he had accompanied Rohit and Rahul. The pistol was provided by Rahul and it was Rohit who had fired which led to the death of Parshant, who was also a juvenile. The social investigation report is available. The petitioner's behaviour was stated to be good and he wants to continue his studies. The petitioner's father has filed an affidavit and has undertaken that his son would not associate with any criminal activity and ensures that he would not be involved in any other case. He also states that there would not be any default and the petitioner would regularly appear before the Juvenile Justice Board.

In view of the circumstances and the allegations against the petitioner and considering the Probation Officer's report and the undertaking given by his father, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2017.06.29 15:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
