An application was sent by Neeta Rani to Hon'ble the Chief Justice of this Court, which has been taken on judicial side. Notice of motion was issued and learned State counsel appeared and filed the reply by way of affidavit of DSP (SD), Zira, District Fazilka, according to which, accused Jarmal Singh @ Sonu has been arrested on 18.04.2015 in case FIR No. 86 dated 18.04.2015 under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Zira, District Ferozepur. It is further stated in the reply that after completion of investigation, challan against the accused has been presented before the Court of learned Special Judge, Ferozepur on 01.07.2015.

Keeping in view the reply filed by learned State counsel, no further action is required in the present case. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedies available to her.
