**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Reply by way of affidavit dated 30.4.2015 of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib, filed in the Court today, is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the State submits that in fact, these were eight persons who were found involved in FIR No. 54 dated 17.4.2015 under Sections 353/186/332/379/120-B/148/149 IPC registered at Police Station Lambi, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. She further submits that the accused persons were arrested on 19.4.2015 and were produced before the learned Illaqa Magistrate on 20.4.2015.

CRWP No. 625 of 2015 While referring to para 4 of the reply filed, learned counsel for the State submits that out of eight persons mentioned in the complaint, two persons namely Kuldeep and Darshna were never arrested and six persons have been released on bail, rendering the present petition as infructuous.
