*** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the salary of the petitioner has already been released to him but the period in question is liable to be taken into account so as to grant ACP, hence, he prays that the present petition may be disposed of as having been not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents to raise his grievance by filing appropriate representation.
