**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) A sworn affidavit dated 2.5.2015 of Ajmer Singh, alleged detenue, filed by the learned counsel for the State, in the Court today, is taken on record. She submits that the alleged detenue is also present in the Court.

On the asking of the Court, Sardar Ajmer Singh has stated that he has submitted the affidavit dated 2.5.2015 on his own. He was not detained illegally by anybody. The complaint was made by his son, because of some misunderstanding or communication gap. In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the present case and same is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
