The criminal writ petition has been filed for allowing emergency parole to the petitioner so as to join the marriage celebrations of his sister Sonia which is fixed for 28.04.2015. It may be noticed that the 'vakalatnama' for filing the petition was executed by the petitioner on 09.04.2015 and the petition was filed on 20.04.2015 for the marriage that is to be solemnized on 28.04.2015. Thereafter an objection was raised by the Registry and it was refiled on 23.04.2015. The case was taken up on 24.04.2015 and the notice of motion was issued. On the asking of the Court, the learned State counsel accepted notice and the case was adjourned for today as 25.04.2015 and 26.04.2015 were Saturday and Sunday respectively.

CRWP No.631 of 2015 -2received a letter addressed by Sub Divisional Officer (C), Samalkha to Deputy Commissioner, Panipat. Copy of the letter has been placed on record. It is mentioned that the inquiry conducted reveals that the marriage of Sonia, sister of the petitioner, is to be solemnized on 28.04.2015 with Anil son of Phool Singh. The marriage card is attached.

The petitioner for the reasons best known has not approached the jail authorities.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall be taken to the place of marriage during the day of the marriage on 28.04.2015 subject to the availability of an escort.
