(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 25.04.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Panchkula in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. bearing No. MNT/356/2019 titled as 'Shikha Suri alias Sanskruti Sanket Budukh vs. Sanket Rajan Budukh' whereby the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay Rs.30,000/- p.m. as interim maintenance to the respondent.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as the main petition for granting final maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been decided by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Panchkula, vide order dated 22.08.2024. Ordered accordingly.
