*** Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition since the petitioners intend to move a petition for quashing of F.I.R. and other ancillary proceedings on the basis of compromise. He further submitted that since Gaurav Lamba and Shivali are residing together, Shivali has furnished an affidavit to the effect that there is no necessity of getting FDR of Rs.10 lacs prepared in her favour as incorporated in order dated 12.3.2018 and necessary permission be granted in that regard. Learned counsel for the complainant admits this fact stating that complainant and his daughter Shivali have no objection if such condition is not complied with by Garuav Lamba.
