This case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.

The petitioners are aggrieved against the impugned order dated 18.02.2020 (Annexure P-2). It is evident from the language of Annexure P-2 that the petitioners have not repaid the loan amount. The total amount payable by the petitioners to the respondent bank as on 11.07.2019 was Rs.90,74,428/-. The contention of the petitioners that they could not make the payment due to Covid-19 pandemic, is not acceptable because they were in arrears since July 2019. Accordingly, no ground has been made out for interference with the impugned order dated 18.02.2020. However, the petitioners are at liberty to take recourse to other remedies, if available, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
