(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus directing respondent No. 4-Rajpal Singh father of Gurpreet Kaur wife of the petitioner and other relatives to produce her in Court.

Allegedly, marriage of petitioner with Gurpreet Kaur (detenue) was solemnized against the wishes of her parents for which they filed CRM-M-42311-2013, seeking protection to their life and liberty which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2013 (Annexure P-5).

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the considered opinion that no indulgence of this Court is required at this stage.

Dismissed.

The petitioner is at liberty to avail other appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
