RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sukhpal Singh, Police Station Mallan Wala, District Ferozepur, submits that complainant has not disclosed true facts before this Court. In fact, his son namely Pardeep Singh was declared proclaimed offender, vide order dated 16.2.2015 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Zira, in FIR No. 57 dated 19.6.2011 under the Gambling Act, 1955. The accusedPardeep Singh has been arrested on 19.4.2015. He further submits that in this view of the matter, no further orders are called for in the present case and the same may be disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
