******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed five affidavits, which are taken on record as Annexure P-7 to Annexure P-11. Proceedings in this case were initiated on the complaint received in the office of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, wherein petitionerNoordeen has stated that his brother, namely, Bilal had been picked up by the Police of Police Station CIA Staff-I, Yamunanagar. This complaint was treated as criminal writ petition and notice was issued to State. In reply filed through affidavit of Superintendent of Police, Yamunanagar, it has been stated that Bilal was arrested on 03.09.2016 in a case bearing FIR No. 369 dated 30.06.2016, registered at Police Station Yamunanagar City for offence punishable under Section 379-A IPC. He is also involved in another case bearing FIR No. 395 dated 14.07.2016, registered at Police Station Yamunanagar City. It was denied that he had been picked up on 01.09.2016.

CRWP No. 1195 of 2016 -2behalf of five persons, it has been stated that Bilal was picked up on 01.09.2016 by the police.
Respective contentions of learned counsel for parties require evidence for which the petitioner may avail the other legal remedy available under the law.
The instant petition is disposed of as no further action is required.
