(ORAL) In the present petition, the grievance which is being raised by the petitioner is that no proper investigation is being done in FIR No.67 dated 25.06.2021, registered under Sections 341, 506 and 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, at Police Station Kulgarhi, District Ferozepur and therefore, prays that an appropriate direction be given to the Investigating Agency to conduct the fair and impartial investigation and that too expeditiously.

CRM-M-33379-2021 -2Though, a reply has not been filed on behalf of the respondent-State, but learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, submits that the investigation is already complete and the challan has been prepared and will be presented before the Competent Court of Law within a period of next four weeks positively. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, no grievance of the petitioner, as raised in the present petition, survives and the present petition may be disposed of as not pressed any further. Ordered accordingly.
