Mr.Ankur Jain, AAG, Punjab Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that case of the petitioner for premature release has been rejected in view of the rules which can be considered only after lapse of 2 years of the rejection. In view of above, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to file afresh in case any cause of action arises.
