Criminal Revision No. 1538 of 2005 was dismissed as withdrawn today while Criminal Appeal No. 664-SB of 2005 filed by Balbir Singh and others was allowed. In terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties, appellant Paramjit Kaur undertakes before this Court to withdraw the execution petition filed by her on behalf of her son.
