(Oral) The present criminal writ petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of habeaus corpus for releasing the persons, mentioned in para No. 4 of the petitioner, who are stated to have been be illegally detained at the brick kiln of respondent Nos. 4 to 6.

In compliance of order dated 14.01.2015, the report dated 15.01.2015 of warrant officer has been received in this regard. As per report, all the detenues mentioned in para No. 4 of the petitioner were released along with Sanjiv from the brick kiln.

In view of the report, the present petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous.
