This case pertains to the category of fully burnt cases of the year 2006. Despite being informed by the Registry, today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellants and further no effort has been made to get the file reconstructed. It seems that the appellants are no more interested in pursuing the matter. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution. 2.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Liberty is reserved to the appellants to move an application to revive the appeal in case any cause of action survives. 4.

Respondent-Insurance Company is hereby directed to disburse the current scheduled fees to Mr. Rajneesh Malhotra, Advocate, within a period of 20 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order, in view of the order dated 18.07.2024 passed in FAO No.1682 of 2007 by this Court. 5.
