This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 06 dated 07.02.2018 under sections 307, 452, 148, 149 IPC and section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Kotli Surat Mallian, district Batala.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated March 28, 2018, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated March 28, 2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
