(ORAL) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking quashing of impugned order dated 15.05.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Fatehgarh Sahib, vide which the pre-charge evidence of the petitioner has been closed by order in the criminal complaint No. COMI-11-2018 dated 19.01.2018 titled as 'Sarabjit Kaur vs. Randhir Singh Etc.' under Sections 406, 498-A, 34 IPC at Police Station Bassi Pathana, District Fatehgarh Sahib (Annexure P-1).
