It is stated by ASI Jasbir Singh that CIA staff Pathankot had apprehended Sartaj Singh @ Taju on 23.4.2015 as 200 grams intoxicant powder falling under NDPS Act was recovered from him and thereafter he was produced before the concerned Court on 24.4.2015 which fact could not be controverted on behalf of the petitioner by Sh. Criminal Writ Petition No. 678 of 2015 -2Limited, Punjab which does not reflects anything wrong has transpired. Since the petitioner by her irresponsible act had sent this representation which is based purely on untrue, false and fabricated allegations, to the mind of this Court is mere misuse of process of law and deserves to be dismissed with special costs of Rs 20,000/-. Ordered accordingly. Necessary intimation be sent to the quarter concerned for effecting recovery of the aforesaid costs. The persons present are discharged.
