Versus

The State of Haryana and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mahesh Grover.

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.

Present:

None for the petitioner(s).

Ms. Kirti Singh, DAG Haryana for the respondents.

Mahesh Grover, J.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the reply, filed by the respondents, stating that the petitioner had escaped from the jail premises in the year 2012, we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case to grant him relief of parole for agricultural purposes. However, it will be open to the authorities to deal with the matter of parole of the petitioner in future, in accordance with law. The instant writ petition stands dismissed.
