On the last date of hearing, this Court had passed the following order:- "None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners as well as respondent No.1.

List on 12.08.2024.

It is clarified that pendency of this petition shall be inconsequential. It is further clarified that in case, the petitioners still remain absent on the next date, then this Court either might dismiss the case for nonprosecution or proceed further by appointing a legal aid counsel on their behalf."

Given above, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
