RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the genuine grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, he approached the Superintendent, District Jail, Bhiwani-respondent no.4 by way of application dated 18.4.2015 (Annexure P-1), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case respondent no.4 is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner in view of the Division Bench judgement dated 9.2.2015 passed by this court in Crl. Writ Petition No.1078 of 2014 (Sonu @ Arun Vs. State of Haryana and others), within a GREESH SAHNI 2015.05.05 11:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Superintendent, District Jail, Bhiwani-respondent no.4 is directed to look into the matter, consider and grievance of the petitioner raised in his application dated 18.4.2015 (Annexure P-1) and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, in accordance with the law laid down by a Division Bench of this court in Sonu's case (supra). Respondent no.4 is directed to pass the order expeditiously and in any case, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
