**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 165 dated 18.10.2016 registered at Police Station Baghapurana, District Moga under Sections 363, 366-A, 376-D IPC, Section 5 and 6 of POCSO Act and Section 3 and 5 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. Counsel for the petitioner contends that the prosecutrix has not supported the prosecution version at the trial. He refers to Annexure P-1. Petitioner is in custody since 15.7.2017. The victim has not supported the prosecution version.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
