(Oral) This Court finds that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the case inasmuch as ever since the petition was filed and listed for the first time before this Court on 15.9.2020 requests have been made continuously for adjournment on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date of hearing it was informed by the learned counsel that he is not in touch with his client. Even today learned counsel has submitted that she has not been able to establish any contact with the client.

In view of the aforestated position, this Court is of the opinion that the matter is being got adjourned by the petitioner intentionally time and again as he is not interested in prosecuting the case. The matter as such is dismissed for non prosecution.
