Instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents to release the petitioner on premature release as per letter dated 13.08.2017 (Annexure P-1) issued by Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Jail Department and policy dated 12.04.2002 (Annexure P-8) as he has completed requisite period of 20 years total imprisonment.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
