Rattan Singh v. Union Of India And ORS
HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB & HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH CWP No. 18560 OF 2011 (O&M) Date of decision: 04.02.2015 Rattan Singh
...Petitioner
Versus
Union of India and others
...Respondents
CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK Present: Mr. Raj Kumar Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner.
Mrs. Jaspal Kaur Gurna, Advocate for the respondents.
*** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents, at the very outset, fairly states that since the present case is squarely covered against the petitioner by order dated 28.1.2014 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP No. 19832-CAT of 2002 (Vijender Singh Vs. Union of India and others), the same may be disposed of in terms thereof.
Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner despite his best efforts, could not distinguish the order passed by the Division Bench in Vijender Singh's case (supra).
In view of the above, instant writ petition is ordered to be disposed of in terms of the abovesaid order dated 28.1.2014 passed in Vijender Singh's case (supra).
