  The instant petition has been filed for directing respondent No.4 and 5 to produce the minor child of the petitioners viz. Hamreet Kaur (aged about 2 years) and handover her custody to them. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition so as to take appropriate pleas before the concerned Court where the matter of custody of minor child is already pending.

Disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
