HARINDER SINGH SIDHU,J Prayer is for quashing of FIR No.22 dated 14.2.1997 under Sections 364,323,148,149 IPC registered at P.S Sadar District Kapurthala and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

At the time of hearing, learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh points out that the petitioner has since been acquitted of the charges thereby rendering the present petition infructuous.
