Petitioner has filed this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus by appointing a Warrant Officer with a direction to search the detenue Mukta @ Pooja daughter of petitioner. On 20.05.2015, Pooja daughter of the petitioner had appeared before this Court and had made the following statement:- "My name is Pooja and not Mukta.

My father's name is Inder Kumar and mother's name is Sushma. I am the

I have also a brother, who is elder to me. There is no girl in the name of Mukta in my family. I want to stay with my husband Sumit Panghal, who has also been produced today. Presently we are staying in the safe home."

Since, the daughter of the petitioner is staying with respondent No.8 after performing marriage with him, no ground for further interference by this court, is made out. Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
