(ORAL) Instant criminal writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus, with a roving writ directing respondents No.2 and 3 to search for detenue Kuldeep Kaur, who is stated to be in illegal custody at the premises of respondents No.4 and 5.
In pursuance of order dated 12.05.2015 respondent No.4 along with alleged detenue Kuldeep Kaur, who has been identified by ASI Jagdeep Singh, is present in Court. Kuldeep Kaur states that she is major and voluntarily residing with respondent No.4 as his wife. In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous.
Disposed of as infructuous.
