This writ petition has been filed seeking some relief against the Haryana Welfare Society for Hearing and Speech Handicapped. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 relies upon a Division Bench judgment of this Court in CWP No. 12204 of 2006, Poonam Dhameja v. State of Haryana and others decided on 28.08.2006 wherein it has been held that respondent No.3 was not amenable to the writ jurisdiction of this Court.
