(Oral) The present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 24.3.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar, vide which, the application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. moved by respondent No.2 was allowed whereby ten additional witnesses have been sought to be summoned. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the trial stands concluded, therefore, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
