(ORAL) Present petition is filed for quashing of order dated 21.11.2017 (P-3), passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, vide which the revision preferred by the petitioners against the order dated 30.05.2015 (P-2), passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ludhiana, has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer to the limited extent that since the FIR in question was registered way back on 13.10.2014 and the trial is still pending and he will be satisfied, if the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
