M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) This is wife's appeal against the judgment and decree dated 24.3.2017, declining her application under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, for dissolution of marriage.

During pendency of the appeal, the respondent is reported to have died as per the report of the Registry. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant or the respondent.

In view of above circumstances, this appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
