Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 1988 and amended Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2007 to grant him parole for six weeks to enable him to cultivate his agricultural land. Heard.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3 to dispose of the representation (Annexure P-2), submitted by the petitioner for parole, expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within three weeks of receipt of the copy of the order.
