Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself during the course of the day. Petitioner is seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to add the remissions granted by his excellences in exercise of powers conferred by Article 161 of Constitution of India, whereby special remissions to the prisoners were granted. In this regard, petitioner made a representation dated 01.09.2016 (P-5).
