ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.296 dated 27.12.2017 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station City Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 30.07.2018, has handed over the demand draft of Rs.2 lacs favouring the complainant. This fact is not disputed by counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Amritpal Singh, as well as counsel for the complainant.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.07.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
