In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, at Chandigarh Criminal Revision No. 2357 of 2017 Date of Decision: 21.07.2017 Rita Gupta ... Petitioner(s)

Versus

Tarun Chugh and Another ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shekher Dhawan.

Present:

Mr. Sachin Luthra, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

Shekher Dhawan, J.

Present petition for setting aside the order dated 30.1.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ambala and the order dated 15.5.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Ambala, whereby revision petition was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that six adjournments were given for cross-examination of the complainant but there was no cross-examination as learned counsel did not appear in the Court and thereafter, the petitioner changed the counsel and he be given one adjournment to complete the cross-examination of the complainant. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground to set aside the impugned orders passed by the learned Magistrate and learned Sessions Judge because Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2017.07.21 15:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Criminal Misc. No. M-25848 of 2017 petitioner has already availed more than reasonable opportunities. Thus, present petition stands dismissed.
