ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.5 dated 16.01.2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Nandgarh, District Bathinda. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 08.03.2018, has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. It is further submitted that the petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.64,700/- before the trial Court.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Iqbal Singh, has not disputed the fact that the petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.64,700/- before the trial Court and submits that the challan has been presented before the trial Court and the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.03.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
