Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since in the petitioner's trial entire evidence has been led by the prosecution, he be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage and would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to decide the petitioner's trial in a time-bound manner.
Learned State counsel has no objection if the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner is accepted.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
