As per the same, amicable settlement has been reached between the parties, copy whereof has been placed on record. In view of the settlement so reached between the parties, relating to multiple litigations pending between them, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same. In view of the submission, so made, the present revision petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being compromised. However, the parties shall remain bound by the settlement/compromise dated 22.08.2023.
