Present revision petition has been filed for issuance of directions to respondent No.2-Tehsildar, Sonipat, to expeditiously decide the partition application i.e. Case No.64 of 2017 titled as 'Rajbir vs. Krishan Lal and others' dated 06.05.2017 (Annexure P-7). It is now submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is litigating since the year 1986 and is still not able to enjoy the fruits of the litigation. The partition application is pending adjudication since 2017 and no step is being taken for the disposal of the aforesaid partition application.

CR-2658-2022 -2respondent-State. On instructions, received from Sh.Manoj Kumar, Tehsildar, who has been impleaded as respondent No.2, in the official capacity, learned State counsel has given assurance qua disposal of the aforesaid partition application, within a period of three months, from today onwards.
Considering the same, respondent No.2 is hereby requested to dispose of the aforesaid partition application, within a period of six months, at the maximum.
